The Story
Fate of Ophelia
Some people drown quietly.
Ophelia was the eldest daughter of a nobleman who lost her mind to love and disappeared beneath the water. No rescue. No redemption. Just the slow, silent surrender of a woman the world forgot to save.
She was heading there too.
Isolated in her tower. Drowning in the melancholy. The kind of loneliness that doesn't make noise. It just pulls you under, inch by inch, until the surface feels like a memory.
Then someone came.
This piece is that moment frozen in fine art. A hand rising from the dark water, the number 13 tattooed on the wrist, holding a vintage microphone above the flood. Because the voice survived. The art survived. She survived.
Above the water, jersey number 87 floats in the stormy sky. Not a person. A presence. The one who showed up when the tide was highest. The private jet cutting through the clouds, her world, her era, her chaos. The yacht on the horizon, the life she built through the storm. And written in golden fire across the dark water, 100. Keep it one hundred. On the land, the sea, the sky.
Ophelia drowned waiting. She didn't.
This isn't a tee. This is a painting about what it means to be pulled back from the edge by someone who chose you, and choosing yourself right back.
